At Mystic Nest Apothecary, every parcel is prepared with intention, care, and a touch of old‑world magic.
Below you’ll find all the details about how your treasures travel from our nest to yours.
📦 Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted, packaged, and prepared in the order they are received.
- Standard processing: 2–5 business days
- High‑volume seasons (holidays, launches): 5–7 business days
- Custom or made‑to‑order items may require additional time
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States using:
- USPS First Class
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS Ground (for heavier packages)
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, or seasonal delays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
📮 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping information at checkout.
Mystic Nest Apothecary is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to the wrong address
- Delays caused by address errors
- Replacement or refund of orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is provided and a new shipping fee is paid.
📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to USPS or UPS, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages marked “delivered” but not received
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
If an issue occurs, we will gladly help you file a claim with the carrier.
🧪 Warm Weather & Sensitive Items
Some items (balms, oils, botanicals) may be sensitive to heat or cold.
We package everything securely, but we cannot control weather conditions during transit.
Please bring your package indoors promptly after delivery.
🌙 International Shipping
At this time, Mystic Nest Apothecary ships only within the United States.
✨ Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in processing.
