We want you to love every item from Mystic Nest Apothecary. Because our products are handcrafted and often made‑to‑order, please review our policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:
- Unopened, unused products
- Items in original condition and packaging

2. Non‑Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Herbal blends
- Tinctures
- Essential oils
- Bath & body products
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital downloads
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, we may have already begun processing.
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by USPS/UPS
- Packages marked “delivered” but not received
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
